【研究方向及興趣】
多組學數據與系統流行病學研究:（1）利用包含代謝組學、微生物組學及蛋白質組學等在内的人群多組學數據，結合新型的統計分析方法（機器學習模型），識别心血管代謝疾病（如糖尿病、肥胖、代謝綜合征、冠心病等）新的分子标志物，建立相應的預測模型，并探究潛在分子機制；（2）利用多組學數據，探究營養和生活方式因素與心血管代謝疾病之間關聯的潛在通路和分子機制，識别出響應人群，促進心血管代謝疾病的精準化預防。
