主要承擔或參與的課題

　　主要從事營養膳食與健康關系的流行病學研究及機制探讨。在膳食營養與慢病（心血管疾病、脂肪肝和肝癌）防治、我國老年人營養與健康（肌肉衰減綜合征）、嬰幼兒營養與生長發育等領域進行了大量的研究工作。主持8項國家自然科學基金項目以及多項省部級課題。參與起草國家重要指南和共識，包括《中國居民膳食指南》和《中國居民膳食營養素推薦攝入量》以及《中國中老年人健康狀況及專屬營養解決方案白皮書》等。獲得廣東省科技進步獎二等獎（第1）、中國營養學會科學技術獎二等獎（第1）和華夏醫學科技獎三等獎（第1）。以通訊作者在Hepatology, Redox Biology、J Cachexia Sarcopenia Muscle、AJCN、Circulation 等學術刊物上發表論文100多篇.
